The law firm of Wilker & McKay, a successor to Wilker & Lenci, is a New York City based law firm concentrating on the resolution of complex business, commercial and securities disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration or settlement.  The firm consists of founding partners, P. Jay Wilker and Robert B. McKay, together with Joseph Hansen and Joseph Termini, who are of counsel to the firm, and Howard J. August, who is an associate. In addition to its main office in New York City, the firm has a satellite office in Nassau County, New York. 

Mr. Wilker was a partner in a large nationwide law firm, but chose to form his firm in 2001 in order to bring his clients the highest quality trial, arbitration and appellate services on a more economical basis than they would receive from a large firm. Wilker, McKay and Termini’s extensive trial, arbitration and appellate experience, Hansen’s commercial experience and insights (Hansen was a senior partner for many years in a large nationwide law firm), and the firm’s competitive hourly rates---which are somewhat below those of many firms whose attorneys have comparable credentials---make the firm well-suited to handle a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters concerning commercial, business and securities issues, both effectively and efficiently.

The firm also works collaboratively with other law firms that do not have offices in New York, including several of the nation’s largest firms, serving as local counsel involving matters in federal and state courts in New York City and its surrounding areas.
